Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and implementation of retail, POS, and shopper marketing projects
- Coordinating promoter and field sales teams throughout project execution
- Communicating with promoters, service providers, and internal teams in German
- Supporting the selection and organization of project staff together with the Recruiting team
- Preparing and maintaining project briefings, documentation, and operational guidelines
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Collecting feedback from on-site teams and supporting continuous quality improvements
- Preparing project reports and summaries
Your Profile
You are well organized, enjoy communicating with people, and can keep track of multiple tasks at the same time.
What you have
- Experience in project coordination, event management, retail, marketing, or a comparable field
- Excellent German language skills (minimum B2/C1) – mandatory
- Good English language skills for working in an international environment
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Confident handling of digital tools and software
Nice to Have
- Experience in POS, retail marketing, promotions, or field marketing
- Experience coordinating promoter or event teams
- Knowledge of project management software and/or AI tools that support daily project work
